THE ALPILLES
The village of Les Baux-de-Provence, Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, the Carrières de Lumières... Aix-en-Provence, Marseille and its calanques are just 1 hour away.
THE LUBERON
Its regional nature park with its magnificent hilltop villages and the most beautiful villages in France (Gordes, Lourmarin, Lacoste, Bonnieux, Oppède...).
For lovers of antiques and second-hand goods, head for Isle-sur-la-Sorgue all year round. 2 major annual events are not to be missed in April and November.
Avignon is also on the doorstep of the Occitanie region and its treasures... the emblematic Pont-du-Gard, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and Uzès, a medieval town in the Gard region with its emblematic Saturday morning market.
The region is also home to Roman Nîmes, the Maison Carrée, a UNESCO World Heritage site, Tavel, the village where France's 1st Rosé wine is made, and Anduze and its famous potteries.
